When I teach a class I’m not selling a product, I’m offering an experience. I’m offering a part of myself; an energy exchange between us - a cosmic conversation. An invitation for us both to look through our facade of life-story and see the underlying beauty at play, wanting to be reconnected with. I’m not just trying to give you a workout or a good stretch, but I am utilising those as tools to invite you to see what lies beyond. To taste a moment of ecstasy. To remind you that it’s there. That it’s always there - it’s just a case of looking through the clouds to see that beautiful bright blue sky.
